Fuel your ambition.
Daily.
FireUp is ten minutes of high-intensity motivational audio, a streak that will not let you skip, and a reflection habit that shows you the change. Pick the areas you are pushing on and it stays pointed at them.
Point it at what you are actually pushing on
Generic motivation bounces off. Choose the areas you are working on and the talks, the quotes and the daily tile all narrow to them.

Ten minutes. Every single day.
Three things, and the day is logged. That is the whole system.
Pick your targets
Choose from the seven focus areas — mindset, breakthroughs, peak performance, leadership, wealth, career, fitness. Everything the app puts in front of you narrows to those.
Play, read, reflect
Put a Power Talk on while you train or commute, swipe a few quotes, then answer one reflection prompt. Power Talk, Quotes, Reflect — the three cards on your home screen.
Don't break the chain
Every completed day feeds the streak and the level. Miss one and the run resets — which, for most people, turns out to be the whole point.
Not a quote app. A discipline system.
The audio is the hook. What actually changes anything is the structure around it.
Power Talks, with a real player
High-intensity motivational audio with shuffle, repeat, a scrub bar and fifteen-second jumps. It keeps playing with the screen locked, so it survives a run or a drive.
A streak that actually bites
Your Success Journey tracks the current run, the longest you have ever held, and a level that only ever goes up. The seven-day row makes a missed day impossible to miss.
Reflect, in one line
A prompt, a mood and a tag. Small enough that you will actually do it on a bad day, which is the only day it matters.
Mood you can chart
Your Mood Over Time and Today’s Mood Journey, drawn from your own entries — so momentum stops being a feeling and starts being a line.
Playlists & history
Stack the talks that land into playlists, and find anything you have played again from a searchable history.
Widgets on the home screen
A line of fuel where you already look, on iPhone and on Android. Tap it and you are straight into the app.
Daily Routine reminders
Set the window and how often you want hitting up, and the app spaces the nudges across your day. Scheduled on your phone, at times you chose.
Quotes worth saving
A full-screen quote feed over real imagery, with collections for the ones you want to come back to and a share sheet for the ones you don’t.
It counts the days, not the intentions
A day only completes when you actually finish something — a talk played through, a quote worked, a reflection written. Nothing in FireUp gives you credit for opening the app and putting it down again.
Ten minutes that change the day
Reading motivation does very little. Hearing it, at volume, while your body is already moving, does considerably more. Power Talks are built to be played on the way into something hard, not studied afterwards.
-
A player, not a play button Scrub, skip, shuffle, repeat one or repeat the queue, and jump fifteen seconds either way.
-
Keeps going with the screen off Background playback with lock-screen controls, so it survives the gym, the commute and the walk.
-
Stack them into playlists Build a warm-up set, a Monday set, a cannot-get-started set, and keep them a tap away.
-
Finishing is what counts Playing a talk through credits the day and feeds the streak. Skipping around does not.
From procrastinator to unstoppable
The problem with discipline is that it feels identical on day three and day thirty. Reflect fixes that: one prompt, one mood, one tap — and a few weeks later, a chart that argues with you when you say nothing has changed.
-
A prompt instead of a blank page You are answering a question, not staring at an empty box at 6am.
-
Your Mood Over Time Charted from your own entries, so a bad week reads as a dip rather than a verdict.
-
Today’s Mood Journey Morning, afternoon and evening side by side — the shape of a day, not just its average.
-
It has its own streak Reflecting is tracked separately, so the writing habit builds even on days the audio does not.
The number you won't want to reset
FireUp keeps two numbers on you: the run you are on, and the longest you have ever managed. The second one is the interesting one, because once it exists you are no longer starting from nothing — you are chasing yourself.
-
Current and longest, side by side One tells you where you are. The other tells you what you are capable of.
-
A level that never goes down Worked out from every day you have ever completed, so a missed Tuesday does not erase a month.
-
A day counts once Finish a talk, work a quote or write a reflection — any of them ticks the day. Doing all three does not buy you tomorrow off.
-
Milestones you have to earn The celebration screens only fire on real completions, which is why they still mean something at day forty.
Straight from inside the app
Real screens: your day, a talk playing, the reflection charts and a milestone.
